Development of Data Driven Decision Making Scale: A Validity and Reliability Study

In this study, it was aimed at developing a valid and reliable evaluation tool with the purpose of evaluating Data Driven Decision Making Skills teachers who work in primary school, middle-school high-school levels. 534 were included study (256 for EFA 278 CFA) (63 % female 37 male). For scale development process, 730 constituted whole group. order to determine structural validity scale, exploratory factor analysis confirmatory used. As result analysis, determined that consisted 10 items 2 sub-dimensions. light literature, these dimensions titled “Data literacy” “Decision making”. The sub-dimensional structure subjected as CFA, 1 item excluded from scale. model created DDDMS tested CFA adaptive values are an acceptable level. addition, t related high low group difference showed is able assess distinctive manner. reliability Cronbach alpha internal consistency coefficients calculated. When analyses results viewed Scale’s factors, 0,782 value obtained Literacy” sub-dimension 0,672 Making” sub-dimension. inner coefficient 0,790. findings, Scale assessment evaluate DDDM skills teachers.
